车载用低Duty LCD段码驱动器

BU91520KV-M是1/4、1/3占空比车载用通用LCD驱动器,最多可显示276段LCD。本产品支持高液晶电压驱动及高帧频率驱动,也可驱动高显示精度的VA液晶。还支持+105℃动作,最多可控制6个通用/PWM输出,通过丰富的频率设定功能,无需频闪即可实现LED背光和LED按钮的照明。还内置最多30键的键盘扫描功能,可实现PCB上的配线削减和MCU的尺寸缩减和成本削减。支持TTL电平输入,可直接连接各种电源电压的MCU。
