BU91799KV-M是1/4占空比车载用通用LCD驱动器，最多可显示200段LCD。本产品支持高液晶电压驱动及高帧频率驱动，也可驱动高显示精度的VA液晶。还支持+105℃动作，符合车载应用要求的AEC-Q100 Grade2标准。内置显示用RAM，可减轻微控制器负荷，还无需外置部件，实现了低功耗。内置有EVR功能，可进行LCD对比度的调节。
