LogiCoA™ MCUs

We offer the ML62Q20xx group, equipped with the original 16-bit RISC CPU "U16 Core" for LogiCoA™ MCU. This MCU features rich analog circuits such as comparators, programmable gain amplifiers, a 12-bit successive approximation type A/D converter, an 8-bit D/A converter, and a PWM circuit operating at 64MHz resolution. With its versatility, it can realize various power supply topologies, making it optimal for switching power supply control.
We propose the LogiCoA™ power solution, consisting of a power control board equipped with this MCU and software designed to run on it.
