BD16805FV-M 是用于空调鼓风机电机、电池冷却风扇、座椅冷却风扇等的三相电机驱动器。
通过180°通电PWM驱动，可降低电机驱动音。另外，因为内置进角控制功能，可高效进行驱动。此外，通过外置参数可对锁定保护时间、过电流保护限位、PWM 频率、启动时间等进行调整，因此可用于各种电机控制。
