BD63002AMUV是通过霍尔式传感器信号生成驱动信号，通过输入的控制信号进行PWM驱动的三相无刷电机预驱动器。通过内置升压电路，可在外置输出功率晶体管中使用Nch-NchMOS晶体管。另外，电源适用于12V系列、24V系列的任意一种，通过内置各种控制、保护功能，可适用于各种应用中。通过采用小型封装，可搭载至小型电机。
