BD71815AGW凭借罗姆出众的模拟设计技术实现了“i.MX 7Solo/7Dual”处理器驱动的很好的电源系统。它不仅拥有与以往产品同等的功率转换效率(82%以上),还成功将待机时的电流消耗减少了16%※1,这是在应用中实现低功耗的关键。此外,还内置了30V耐压的带输入过电压保护功能(OVP)的Li-ion电池充电器和LED驱动器(6灯)。由于开关频率高速化(6MHz)实现的外接线圈的小型化、搭载功能的优化、以及采用WL-CSP的小型封装(16mm²: 面积比以往减少75%)的应用,使得包含外接零件在内的贴装面积大幅度减少。内置库仑计数器,采用搭载罗姆独创算法的参考软件,实现了高精度电池余量监视。本产品对移动设备所追求的“低功耗”、“小型化”、“高精度”做出了很大贡献。
