1ch 过电流检测值可变型高边开关IC
BD2242G、BD2243G内置了一个通道的用于通用串行总线(USB)电源线的高边开关。电源开关部内置了1个电路的低导通电阻N沟道MOSFET，还内置了过电流限制、过温保护、欠压锁定、软启动等功能。通过变更外置电阻，可在200mA～1.7A的范围内调整过电流检测值。
