BD2204GUL是2个电路内置了Nch MOSFET的高边开关IC。开关实现了120mΩ (Typ)的导通电阻。SD卡使用的3.3V电源和1.8V电源可通过SEL端子选择。内置了电源切换时同时ON防止功能、以及OFF时输出端子到输入端子的逆流防止功能、使输出端子上的电荷快速放电的放电电路。
