如果打印机能够用1节锂离子电池供电,就可以做得更小、更轻,同时还可以更节能。而另一方面,通过1节锂离子电池供电存在打印速度降低、电池续航时间变短的课题。对此,ROHM开发出由1节锂离子电池驱动也可以实现与2节电池驱动相同打印输出的热敏打印头。

“KR2002-Q06N5AA”对热敏打印头的结构进行了重大改进。不仅优化了蓄热层釉层的设计,还采用了特殊的低阻值发热体,并改变了发热体上的保护膜结构。这使得产生的热量能够有效地传递至热敏纸或转印色带等打印介质。另外,通过改进驱动器IC和布线结构,能够有效地将供给器件的电能转换为热能,从而提高了打印效率。通过同时提高传热效率和能量转换效率,还实现了节能。
