车载用 多ch的开关输入监测LSI

BD3376EFV-C是10通道的开关输入监测LSI。其作用是监测各通道所连接的机械开关的状态变化、使MCU产生中断。使用串行接口读取中断因素并写入内部寄存器。10通道的开关输入分为VPUB、VPUA两种电源系统,可按电池系统和电源控制系统分类使用。动作模式备有常规模式和睡眠模式两种。各模式可通过设定寄存器,使用开关端子连续监测设定和间歇监测设定。使用间歇监测设定时是以固定周期监测开关状态变化,可降低功耗。而且,通过使用各种电源系统时序动作和全部开关统一时序动作设定,还能实现低噪声动作。
