The ML62Q20xx group is a high-performance CMOS 16-bit microcontroller featuring the original 16-bit RISC CPU U16 Core developed by LAPIS Technology.
This group integrates various peripheral functions such as program memory (Flash memory), data memory (RAM), data Flash (erase unit 128 bytes, write unit 1 byte), multiplier/divider, clock generation circuit, timer/PWM, general-purpose ports, UART, I2C bus (master, slave), voltage level monitoring function (VLS), analog comparator, high-speed successive approximation 12-bit A/D converter, 8-bit D/A converter, and programmable gain amplifier.
With analog comparator and high-speed PWM (64MHz resolution), it can generate optimal signals for switching power supply control.
