BV1HJ180EFJ-C是一款车载单通道高边开关。内置输出异常模式接地故障检测功能（过电流限制功能）、电源故障检测功能、负载开路检测功能和、过热保护功能、低电压时输出OFF功能，还具有检测到异常时的诊断信息输出功能。另外，还支持冷启动，在电源电压大幅下降的情况下也可工作。
