BD18326NUF-M是面向车载LED灯的40V高耐压恒流驱动器IC。使用小型封装，适合用作插座型LED灯的驱动用IC。BD18326NUF-M内置温度降额功能、LED开路检测、输出短路保护、SET端子短路保护、过电压保护功能、欠压时旁路功能、异常状态FLAG输出功能、输出电流OFF控制输入功能，可实现高可靠性。
