BD18395EFV-M是可用于矩阵LED控制(时序控制)的降压LED驱动器。输入电压范围可达4.5V至70V，具备低功耗关断功能，可提供最大2.0A的平均输出电流。LED电流可使用外接电流设定电阻来设定，通过峰值电流检测OFFTIME控制进行动作。内置UVLO、过电流保护、LED开路检测、热关断功能、LED低电压检测、状态良好输出功能。适合进行矩阵控制的LED驱动器。
