ROHM的二次LDO稳压器系列能够使正在追求小型化、节能化的各种装置充分地发挥其性能，构成低噪声而又稳定工作的电源电路。用于局部电源的1A固定输出二次LDO稳压器系列，是输出电压精度为±2%、最大可提供1.0A输出电流的低饱和型稳压器。利用多种输出电压、表面贴装（TO252）和插入式（TO220FP/CP）两种封装形式、输出电压是否可调（ADJ）及1.5V～10V的输出电压相互组合，形成了类型丰富的产品阵容。可广泛应用于TV、HDD、PC、DVD等等。本系列产品内置有防止输出短路等原因损毁IC的过流保护电路、防止过负荷状态等产生的热破坏IC的温度保护电路。
