BDS2EJAAGUL是2个电路内置了Nch MOSFET的电源开关IC。开关分别实现了45mΩ (Typ)的低导通电阻，并且不需要体二极管。通过将控制电源和开关输入分离，可实现在低电压（Min : 0.9V）下使用。内置了OFF时使输出端子上的电荷快速放电的放电电路。适合作为智能电话、数码相机等便携设备及其他广泛用途中的电源管理IPS使用。
