BD9015KV-M是可在宽输入范围使用的双输出同步整流开关控制器。可通过同步整流方式实现高效率，有助于所有电子设备的环保设计（低功耗化）。各输出具有EN端子、软启动功能、POWER GOOD功能，可独立控制上升沿／下降沿。此外，内置PLL电路，可与250kHz to 600kHz的外部时钟同步。
