本IC为可在电源电压4.5V~42V的范围内工作的内置高边FET的二极管整流型降压开关稳压器。通过电流模式控制实现了高速负载响应和简便的相位补偿设定。可用于小型二次电源,例如:可从12V、24V等电源输出3.3V/5V的降压电压。还具备与外部CLK同步的功能,可进行噪声管理。

This EVK is using BD9G201EFJ-M instead of BD9G201UEFJ-M, BD9G201UEFJ-LB, or BD9G201EFJ-LB. This EVK has been developed for ROHM’s non-synchronous buck DC/DC converter customers evaluating BD9G201EFJ-M. While the BD9G201EFJ-M accepts a power supply input range of 4.5V to 42V, and generates output voltages from 1V to VCC, this EVK is setup for the input voltage range of 10V to 42V and a fixed output of 5V can be produced.
