BD9G101G是内置对应42V高输入电压的功率MOSFET的降压开关稳压器。采用SOT23的小型封装，可提供最大0.5A的输出电流。此外，可通过1.5MHz的高频动作使用小型线圈，并通过内置基于电流模式的相位补偿元件实现了设备的小型化。
