BD9S111NUX-C系列是内置低导通电阻的功率MOSFET的同步整流降压型DC/DC转换器。最大可输出1A的电流。具有2.2MHz高速开关频率,适用于小型电感。具有基于电流模式控制的高速瞬态响应性能。内置输出电压设定为1.2V(BD9S110NUX-C) / 1.8V(BD9S111NUX-C)的反馈电阻和相位补偿电路,可以较少的外接零部件构建应用。
